Nimblecommerce: Prashant Nedungadi - Founder & CEO

Prashant Nedungadi

Founder & CEO

Prashant is NimbleCommerce's founding CEO and has been instrumental in guiding the direction of the company's e-commerce platform and network strategy. He brings more than 18 years of industry experience to the table; 12 years of that in the e-commerce and online shopping sector. Prior to founding NimbleCommerce, he founded IMShopping and was co-founder and CTO of Andale, the largest 3rd party e-commerce service provider for small businesses. Under Prashant's leadership, Andale grew to have more than 1.5 million online sellers and generated millions of dollars in annual revenues. Prashant's background uniquely qualifies him to understand both market demands and the customer perspective.

Prashant holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master's in electrical engineering from Stanford University. When not leading a rowdy bunch of Nimblers, Prashant can be found golfing.

Nimblecommerce: Jessica Schneider - Vice President of Global Client Services

Jessica Schneider

Vice President of Global Client Services

Jessica and her global team are responsible for making sure clients are happy and successful. In addition to managing the onboarding experience, she oversees the company’s value-added service portfolio, as well as the technical support and customer support operations. Jessica has an extensive background in software and online applications. She brings a wealth of experience working in both startup environments and larger companies, and has a keen interest in building long-term customer relationships, as well as solving critical business problems. Prior to joining NimbleCommerce, Jessica held various leadership positions, including rolling out new products and business programs as Director of Account Management for SupportSoft, and handling strategic client relationships at asknet.com, a global ecommerce software and services company.

Jessica holds a BS from the University of Florida in Decision Information Science and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Nimblecommerce: Alex Sadovsky - Vice President of Engineering

Alex Sadovsky

Vice President of Engineering

Alex is responsible for guiding the engineering effort at NimbleCommerce. He brings to the team a strong IT background combined with a deep understanding of software system architecture and development processes. Alex has over 12 years of industry experience in software development, design, and team management with an emphasis on projects comprised of international teams, including the U.S., Ukraine, India, Russia, France, Australia, and Turkey. His past experience includes specializing in the IT startup life cycle, from prototyping through implementation and scalability improvements.

Alex holds a Masters in IT Technology from Cherkassy State Technology University and an EMBA from the Edinburgh Business School.

Nimblecommerce: Jeff Whipple - Vice President of Finance

Jeff Whipple

Vice President of Finance

Jeff Whipple brings over 22 years of financial management experience to his role as VP of Finance for NimbleCommerce. Currently Mr. Whipple is a principle at tempCFO and has been consulting for various venture backed entities as an independent consultant. In 2008, Mr. Whipple assisted from the inception and served as the CFO of HipLogic, a mobile phone content startup founded by former Sun Microsystems employees. Prior to HipLogic, Mr. Whipple was Vice President of Finance for Cendura Corporation, a provider of IT infrastructure investigation and deployment software until it was sold to Computer Associates. Prior to Cendura, Mr. Whipple was Director of Finance for Actional Corporation, a provider of Web Services Management software until the company merged with Westbridge Technologies in 2005. In 2000, Mr. Whipple was the Director of Finance for Managemark, Inc., a venture backed start-up. Prior to joining Managemark, Mr. Whipple spent two years at Oracle as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, four years with Sun Microsystems and four years with Software Publishing Corporation is a variety of financial roles.

Mr. Whipple is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, with a BS in Managerial Economics.

Nimblecommerce: Jessica Schneider - Vice President of Global Client Services

Sam Sysum

Director, Product Management

After joining NimbleCommerce in 2009, Sam has been the go-to product guy for questions, problem solving, training, and overall platform knowledge. With his trusty sidekicks Huckleberry and Maya, his two labradoodles, Sam spends most days driving product planning and development to ensure that all new features perform to the highest of standards. Having come from many consumer-focused positions prior to NimbleCommerce, Sam’s goal is to deliver the best experiences to the company’s clients and their customers.

Sam holds a B.A. in Communication Design from California State University, Chico, with a Minor in Management Information Systems. When not in the office, well, good luck finding Sam at all as he spends his time with his wife dining around San Francisco, and having crazy adventures with her and their two dogs.

Nimblecommerce: Deji Damola - Head of European Operations

Deji Damola

Head of European Operations

Deji is focused on running NimbleCommerce’s European operations. As part of his responsibilities he oversees current client accounts and services for Europe and the Middle East. He is also responsible for business development and growing NimbleCommerce’s merchant network in the EMEA region. Being fluent in Russian and with a background in e-commerce and financial services, Deji brings a unique set of capabilities to this role. Prior to joining NimbleCommerce, Deji managed blue chip retail accounts at Merchantry and prior to that was a Business Development Manager at Western Union.

Deji holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Tver State Technical University and a Masters Degree in International Business from the University of Greenwich.

Nimblecommerce: Michelle Gaugler - Director of Account Management

Michelle Gaugler

Director of Account Management

Michelle joined NimbleCommerce through the acquisition of GroupCommerce. She works primarily with larger and more complex accounts in the East Coast timezone and oversees strategically important partnerships for the company. Prior to NimbleCommerce Michelle worked with local and national media brands at CityGridMedia to manage their presence and promote their businesses across the web. When not in the office Michelle likes to spend time traveling abroad – particularly to areas with beautiful beaches.

Michelle holds a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University.
